摘要
课堂是教师传授知识、培养人才的重要阵地。儿科护理教师要提高课堂教学质量,增强学生的记忆力和理解力,活跃课堂气氛,既要具有扎实的专业基础和渊博的学识,还应讲究课堂教学艺术,注意开头和结尾的设计,以及教学内容的合理组织与表达,现代化教学手段的运用,打造儿科护理学精品课程,激发学生的学习热情,使学生牢固地掌握专业知识。
Class is the most important place for teaching and cultivating. In order to improve the teaching quality, strengthen students' memory and comprehension and make class lively and effective, teachers of pediatric nursing ought to know not only professional knowledge but also the teaching art, which include the design of the beginning and the end, the reasonable and scientific organization and expression of contents and the modem means of teaching, which will help to create a high-quality pediatric nursing class, stimulate the students' enthusiasm and grasp more speciallized knowledge.
