摘要
为解决内河与沿海非公约适用船舶的避碰和安全航行问题,弥补现有基于VHF通信方式的AIS系统在该领域应用的缺陷,提出一种基于公众移动IP网络的AIS技术(MIP-AIS).研究实现基于MIP-AIS技术的两种船舶自动识别模式-S-C模式和S-S模式,以及其对通信网络带宽的需求模型.仿真试验与实际系统的实现均表明:MIP-AIS技术可经济可靠地提供沿海船舶与内河船舶之间以及船舶和MIP-AIS控制中心之间的信息交互;基于S-S模式的船舶自动识别系统的信息传输性能优于基于S-C模式,但是前者的船载终端设备的复杂度要高于后者.
An automatic identification system (AIS) based on public wireless mobile IP network(MIP-AIS) was developed to ,solve the problem of collision avoidance and safety navigation for non-IMO convention ships in the coastal and inland waterways, which remedied the defects of the AIS based on VHF communications in application fields. Two kinds of MIP-AIS modes such &s ship-center (S-C) and ship-ship (S-S) modes were researched, and their bandwidth predict models for communication networks were proposed. Both the test and simulation results show that the MIP-AIS can be used for the information transmission between ships or ship and center in the coastal and inland waterways. The test results also show that the information transmission performance of MIP-AIS based on S-S mode is superior to that based on S-C mode, but the design of the ship terminal device for S-S mode is more complicated than that for S-C mode.
