摘要
煤矿企业安全管理绩效和员工行为、企业行为以及政府行为等密切相关。文章以行为为主线,从员工、企业、政府三维视角,构建安全事故分析模型,在此基础上深入分析煤矿企业安全事故的发生机理,并针对政府和企业两个主体分别提出了相关政策建议。
Coal mine work safety management and its results are closely connected with the behaviours of coal mine workers, coal mine companies and government. Based on the so called 3-D behaviours, this paper presents a deep-going analysis of the mechanism of coal mine accident occurrences and presents policy side suggestions to the government and coal mine companies for improvement.
