Reflections on clean development mechanism (CDM) projects implemented by state-owned large-sized diversified energy group

从"十一五"规划的原则和目标出发,结合清洁发展机制(CDM)宗旨和要求,以神华集团为例,分析了国有大型综合性能源集团如何认识和把握CDM。在此基础上,对如何开展CDM工作提出了相应的建议。

Based on the principles and target stipulated in the 11th ＂ Five--Year--Plan＂ combined with the principles and requirements embodied in the clean development mechanism （CDM）, this paper gives an analysis that how state--owned large--sized industrial group in diversified energy business shall do to comprehend and grasp the true spirit of CDM. The paper then puts forward some suggestions on how to develop CDM projects.
