General Marxists hold the opinion on the relation of Marx and Engels philosophy：their opinions are completely identical in terms of the start points, basic principles, basic courses,as well as the whole philosophical system. Based on Engels,Prehanov and lenin＇ s understanding,the paper studied the historical reason and background of the ＂complete accordance＂ theory.
