摘要
文章主要阐述我国公共政策制定中存在的伦理问题,并分析其产生的原因,进而提出解决这些伦理问题的途径。这对于提高我国公共政策制定的社会效益,提高公共政策制定的科学化、理性化、合法化具有非常重要的意义。
The ethical problems in Chinese public policy making have been analyzed in this paper. Based on the causes,the solutions are proposed to improve the social benefit twhich is of great significance for the scientific, rational, and legal public policy making.
