摘要
目前,将一部分公立高校进行股份制改造是我国"十一五"期间高等教育体制改革的一个着力点。文章对引入社会资本后的股份制高校合理回报的确定、治理结构设计、加强政府监管等关键问题进行了讨论,给出了具体政策建议。
Chinese government has promised to increase the overall college enrollment to 40% in 2020. The government can＇ t afford the huge tuition for higher education popularity. It is one of the most projects during the ＂fifteerth＂ plan period to change public colleges into stock system. The paper discussed the reasonable payment, administrating structure and government supervision with concrete suggestions.
