摘要
在以往,企业项目管理者往往只注重进度管理,而忽视了工程成本管理与控制工作,考核的对象主要针对的是施工进度、质量、安全和施工现场管理,而没有把成本管理这一重要环节放在首位。缺少奖罚激励机制,没有实行项目管理与企业员工收入和成本指标挂钩,成本管理工作必须突出表现责、权、利的统一。
The managers of enterprise project frequently only pay attention to progress management, but neglect management and control of cost. Their assessing objects are largely the contruction progress,quality, safety and management of construction site, but not put the cost management - an important link in the first place. There is lack of encouraging mechanism of reward and penalty. There is not carried out establishing the close contact of project management with staffs income and cost index. The cost managing work must stress the unity of responsibility, right and interest.
