随着人们生活水平的提高,空调被人们越来越广泛的使用,这导致住宅能耗越来越大。因此本文通过对某一空调区域能耗的仿真分析,利用特征值法研究了四种因素对家用空调器能耗影响的大小,得出了降低能耗的基本途径。

More and more air-condition was used in home along with the improving of people＇s standard of living. This leads to energy consumption of house is higher and higher ,So that the paper simulates energy consumption for certain air conditioning area. And also the paper studies on the influence of four factors for the energy consumption using eigenvalue method, and at the same time it educes the basic approaches of reducing energy consumption of air-condition.
