摘要
传统的EMC测试采用人工方式,测量效率低,容易发生计算错误。本文介绍了一种EMC自动测试系统,该系统主要由频谱分析仪、GPIB接口卡、计算机、天线等硬件设备组成。系统通过GPIB卡实现对频谱分析仪的远程控制,完成待测件的带宽及场强的自动测量,并根据场强公式计算待测件的功率或与天线的距离。该设计能够满足客户测试需求,实践证明该系统测试数据可靠,执行效率高。
The traditional EMC test adopts the artificial method, measuring an efficiency is low, easy occurrence calculation mistake. An EMC automatic test system was introduced in this paper, which was composed of the hardware equipments of spectrum analyzer, GPIB, computer, antenna, and so on. The system realized remote control over the GPIB, and measured the bandwidth and FI automatically of DUT, and calculated power or the distance to DUT from the antenna. This system was capable of satisfying the need of test requirement. Practice show that the system had reliable test data and high execution efficiency.
