多窗口图形系统的设计与实现

Design & Realization of Multiwindows Graphic System

介绍了如何利用分层式多窗口技术，借助于ＧＫＳ通用图形软件包，在ＶＡＸ／ＶＭＳ下开发图形多窗口软件。该软件是通用的，与设备无关，因而具有很强的可移植性。同时利用事件驱动方式，使系统具有并发性。

Repotting of software is desirable but is frequently made impossible due to the quick obsolescence of softwares that lack flexibility to be adjusted to keep pace with rapidly advancing computer technology. In P.R.China′s important engineering projects, there is urgent need to overcome this lack of flexibility. To meet this need, we developed a graphic multiwindows software under VAX/VMS with the aid of GKS(graphic kernel system)——a general software package. Different from past Chinese practice, we used only generalpurpose and deviceindependent tools and methods so as to make repotting fairly easily realizable. Besides, we used eventdriving method to enable the software to deal with several tasks or several aspects of one task concurrently.
