摘要
房地产开发与经营是工程管理专业的一个专业方向。本文从工程管理专业设置房地产方向的意义入手,对我校工程管理专业设置房地产方向的可行性、必要性及就业状况进行了分析,对我校工程管理专业设置房地产方向提出了几点建议。
