摘要 基于英语习语习得对于EFL学习者的重要性,本人于2007年9月对于06年入学的全日制在校本科生就英语习语习得现状进行了一次试卷调查。调查发信:英汉语在语言形式和文化内涵匹配上的异同是影响习语理解的关键因素。因此大学英语教学中的语言形式对比及文化导入,成为提高学生习语掌握水平和阅读能力的重要手段。 It is important for Chinese EFL college students to acquire English idioms. Based on the research on Chinese EFL college students in June, 2007, it turns out that linguistic forms and cultural connotations are the key elements in understanding English idioms. Therefore, introduction of western culture and contrast between Chinese and English linguistic forms are considered to be the essential method to improve students' ability of idiom acquisition and reading.
