临床路径在椎间盘镜下椎间盘突出摘除病人护理中的应用

Nursing management of clinical pathway applied for patients undergoing intervertebral disk hernia extraction under diskoscope

[目的]运用临床路径模式对308例椎间盘镜下椎间盘摘除病人实施护理管理。探讨其对椎间盘突出微创摘除围术期的护理效应,总结经验以提高护理质量。[方法]为病人设计科学、规范的医疗护理流程,制定合理、优质、安全的围术期护理常规,实施高效的人性化护理管理,同期对照护理质量与效应。[结果]实验组病人各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]应用临床路径模式对单纯椎间盘镜下椎间盘摘除病人进行围术期管理,可提高医疗护理质量,优化护理程序,降低住院费用,缩短住院周期,提升病人满意度,提高医疗竞争力。

objective：To apply clinical pathway model to carry out nursing management for 308 patients undergoing intervertebral disk hernia extraction under diskoscope, to probe into the nursing efficiency of patients undergoing intervertebral disk hernia extraction in peri--operative period, and to summarize experiences to improve the nursing quality. Methods： Scientific and standard medical nursing process was designed. Reasonable, better and safe nursing routine in perioperative period was made for patients. And patients were carried out high--performance humanizing nursing management. Homeochronous nursing quality and efficiency for them was compared. Results： All indexes of test group cases were better than that of control group cases. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： By applying clinical pathway model, to carry out perioperative period nursing management for patients undergoing intervertebral disk hernia extraction under diskoscope can enhance nursing quality, optimize nursing process, reduce hospitalization expenses, shorten hospitalization cycle, upgrade the satisfaction of patients and enhance medical competition ability as well.
