摘要
将聚L-缬氨酸修饰石墨电极用于苯甲酸甲酸不对称还原,手性产物S(+)-苯羟乙酸的光学收率高达60.1%。本文主要用电化学测量方法,分别研究苯甲酸甲酸在石墨电极和聚L-缬氨酸修饰石墨电极上还原的电极过程及有关的动力学参数,由此提出该不对称还原反应的可能机理,为选择适宜的电解条件,提供了一定的理论依据。
Phenylglyoxylic acid(PGA) was reduced to chiral product[S(+ ) - mandelic acid], usingpoly - L - valine graphite electrode (CelPLV). On the basis of electrolysis, the characteristics and kinetic parameters of electrode processes were also determined by electrochemical techniques. The possible mechanism of the asymmetric electroreduction of PGA was obtained as a theoretical basis of choiceof condition of electrolysis.
