摘要
通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员关键技术参数的运动学比较和分析,发现我国男子跳远运动员的绝对速度较慢,起跳角度相对较小,运动员的起跳能力较差。探讨进一步提高我国男子跳远运动水平的途径,从而为改进跳远教学与训练提供量化指标和理论依据。
key technology parametric of outstanding male long jumper in and abroad are analyzed and compared, and discover that long jumper of our country are slower in speed, smaller in angle of the take-off, and have less ability of the take-off. The athletes＇ absolute speed, the technology of takes-off, ability of takes-off should be improved in the nex＇t long jump training.
