摘要
面对我国日趋严峻的大学生就业形势,如何提高大学生就业竞争力和综合素质问题已成为社会关注的焦点。本文以大学生就业难问题为切入点,对加强大学生职业生涯规划的认识以及如何开展大学生职业生涯教育进行分析。
Faced with China＇s increasingly grim employment situation of university students, and how to improve the competitiveness of college students and the overall quality issue has become the focus of society. This paper started from the problem of Students difficult employment, analysising how to strengthen students awareness of career planning and how to carry out career education .
