构建高校毕业生离校后的信息反馈机制初探

通过对我校06届外语专业毕业生离校后的信息反馈调查,探索高校毕业生离校后信息反馈机制的构建。认为:高校毕业生离校后的相关信息是检验高校培养质量的重要测度,而目前各高校对高校培养质量的检验和对就业工作的评价都集中在在校毕业生,对毕业生离校后的信息反馈工作十分缺失。建议高校重视毕业生离校后的信息反馈,成立相关部门和工作办法,并形成长效的工作机制。

Upon the survey of the feedback from 2006 year graduates majoring in English in Huzhou Teachers＇ College, this paper explores the construction of feedback mechanism for graduates out of school. It holds a belief that relevant information about graduates who＇ve left is an important measure of higher education＇s quality .However ,the examination of cultivating quality and comments on employment are limited to graduates at school among colleges .Thus, the data of graduates out of school is comparatively small.Consequently it recommeds colleges lie emphases on feedback from graduates after they leave school,found corresponding departments and then form a long-term mechanism of high efficvency.
