Optimal Control of the Proportion of Educators to Scientists and Technicians among Graduates

提出对于新毕业生从事教育工作和科技工作的比例最优化的一种模型．此模型既考虑到在某段时期终结时教育工作者的人数，也考虑到在这个时期内由科技工作者所作出的累积贡献．从而得到最优控制的形式及确定最优控制的方法．

A modle for optimization of the proportion of educators to scientists and technicians among the new graduates is presented.We consider both the number of educators at the end of a given period of time and the accumulated contribution of work made by scientists and technicians throughout the period.The form of the optimal control and a technique for the determination of optimal control are obtained.Some illustratively numerical examples are included.
