本文根据HACCP的原理,结合谷朊粉的实际生产工艺,探讨了HACCP在谷朊粉生产中的应用。
According to the principle of HACCP,and combining with the manufacture technique of wheat gluten,this paper discussed the application of HACCP in the manufacture of wheat gluten.
