Purification Study of Neodymium Metal by Zone Refining,Solid State Electrotransport and Zone Refining Electrotransport Joint Method

摘要 对工业纯电解钕分别进行了区熔提纯、固态电迁移提纯和区熔-电迁移联合法提纯的实验研究.结果表明:这三种提纯方法在分离金属钕中的Fe、C、Si、Mo等杂质方面各有特色,而区熔-电迁移联合法对金属钕中的主要有害元素C、Si、Mo的提纯则更为有效、快速. The study of purification experiments using zone refining,solid state electrotransport and zone refining electrotransport joint method has been performed for electrolytic neodymium metal of industry purity.The results show that three purification methods have distinguished feature at redistributing Fe、C、Si、Mo impurities in neodymium metal,but zone refining electrotransport joint method is more efficient and fast for purifying main harmful elements C、Si、Mo in neodymium metal.
