摘要
研究了二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭测定微量锌(Ⅱ)的实验条件.在pH6.0的H3PO4-H3BO3-HAc-NaOH缓冲溶液中,试剂的最大激发波长λex=367nm,最大荧光发射波长λem=457nm;Zn(Ⅱ)与试剂生成的1∶2的配合物使试剂的荧光强度减弱;利用荧光猝灭法测定微量锌(Ⅱ),线性范围为0~0.8μg/10ml;方法用于测定食品中、人发中的微量锌(Ⅱ),结果满意.
The condition of the fluorescence quenching of Zn(Ⅱ) stilbenefluoblue s(2,2′ Disulfo 4,4′ diaminostilbene N,N,N′,N′ tetraacetic acid disodium salt,C 22 H 20 N 2O 14 S 2Na 2) system for determining trace amounts of Zn(Ⅱ) have been studied.The maximum excitation wavelength of reagent is 367 nm and its maximum emission wavelength is 457 nm in the H 3PO 4 H 3BO 3 HAc NaOH buffer solution at pH 6.0.The formation of Zn(Ⅱ) stilbenefluoblue s complex which lead to the decrease of fluorescence indensity of reagent.The liner relationship is obeyed in the range of 0 ̄0.8 μg/10 ml for Zn(Ⅱ).This method has been applied to be determination of trace Zn(Ⅱ) in degrease milk powder,human hair and nutritive table salt of added Zn(Ⅱ) and the relative standard deviation is 3.4%,2.8% and 1.2%,respectively.
