摘要
提出了一种以现有规格传感元件组成的液位检测装置。进行了对不同粘度液料和阀体结构的可行性试验。在此基础上设计了一台四头液面定位的半自动灌装机,采用气电组合的PLC控制系统实现灌装过程的自动化。
This article puts forward a device of measuring the liquid surface which consists of sensing elements now available. The feasible test for liquids with different viscosities and for strtictures of valve bodies was carried out. Based on this, a semi-automated filler of liquid surface positioning with four filling heads (YMBG4) is designed. It adopted a PLC control system with air-electricity combination to realize the automated filling process.
