摘要
简要介绍逆变点焊机的原理,分析微型点焊机电源中功率开关元件IGBT的过电压、过电流、过热等保护措施,分析如何避免逆变器的直通现象和合闸浪涌电流的消除。试验证明保护电路提高了逆变点焊机的可靠性。
This article has given a brief account of the principle of spot welding inverter. It has mainly analyzed measures for over current protection,over voltage protection and over heat protection in the micro-spot welding inverter. It also has analyzed how to avoid the phenomenon of direct open in spot welding inverter and surge current in the rectifier. It has been proved in practice that protecting circuits can improve the stability of spot welding inverter.
