摘要
目的探讨人食管不典型增生上皮细胞表面微细形态变化。方法选取门诊患者的正常及不典型增生癌变的食管上皮组织,行病理组织学检查和扫描电镜观察。结果人食管正常鳞状上皮细胞表面光滑,微嵴分布排列有序,高低一致,细胞间界限清楚;食管不典型增生上皮细胞及食管癌细胞间界限不清,细胞表面粗糙不平,微嵴分布排列无序甚至消失。结论食管上皮细胞在从正常→不典型增生→癌变过程中,细胞表面的微细结构发生了复杂而又显著的变化。
Objective To discuss minute transformations on human esophageal dysplastic cell surface. Methods Normal and dysplastic esophageal epithelium tissues sampled from outpatients were observed through light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results Surface of normal squamous epithelial cells was smooth and glossy. Distribution of tiny villus was in order. Their arrangement was regular. Cell borders were clear-cut. However, the surface of dysplastic cell was not so smooth as normal cell. Their surfaces were uneven and coarse. Tiny villus lined up disorderly and were not well-distributed. Conclusion Complex and remarkable transformations could be observed on minute structures of normal esophageal cell surface in process of dysplasia.
