摘要
提出了建立高等学校学报审稿专家数据库管理系统的思路及实施方案,指出该专家库的建立,有利于克服编辑人员专业知识的限定及选定专家范围的限定等原因造成的随机选定审稿专家而带来的不利因素,造成送审稿件与审稿专家的专业及研究方向不十分对口的现象。利用Foxpro2.5forwindows建立专家咨询决策系统,有利于提高学报稿件评审专家选择的合理性和科学性。
The paper puts forward the idea and the realization of the data-base control system on the expert going over a manuscript. Explaining to set up the system will reduce the restriction of the checker's knowledge and the less mumber of making choice of the expert going over a manuscript. Seting up the expert decision with Foxpro2.5 for Windows will wake the rationalization and science of the checker's choice.
