摘要
目的观察舌针加电针治疗吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法将78例吞咽障碍的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用舌针加用电针,对照组采用传统取穴方法。结果治疗组治愈31例,有效6例,无效2例,治愈率79.5%,总有效率94.9%;对照组治愈22例,有效14例,无效3例,治愈率56.4%,总有效率92.3%。结论两组治疗方法治疗吞咽困难均有效,舌针加电针治疗咽期吞咽困难临床疗效优于传统针刺(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tongue acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating dysphagia, Methods Forty-eight dysphagia patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.
