摘要
系统以磨削力跟踪控制为基础，实现磨削力和机床双闭环控制。该控制方法实现了不需要数控指令就能自由曲面进行磨削加工，并且在磨削的同时对砂轮摩损自动补偿，保证了加工精度。
Basing on the grinding force trace control,this system realizes twin close-loop controls of grinding force and machine tool.This dink of control methood can grind free from surface without NC instructions,and automatically compensate the wera of grinding wheels.So it guarantees the precision of grinding.
