妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者的血清总胆汁酸测定分析

Determination Analysis on Total Bile Acid of Patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）患者血清总胆汁酸（TBA）水平对孕妇、围产儿的影响。方法选择90例ICP患者为观察组,选择同期90名孕28~40周体检正常孕妇为对照组,比较两组的TBA、Tbil、ALT及妊娠结局。结果观察组TBA、Tbil、ALT检测结果明显高于对照组,妊娠结局也差于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论妊娠期孕妇应定期作TBA检测和动态观察,并结合其他指标,有利于ICP的早发现、早诊断、早治疗,对胎儿的监测、改善胎盘循环、保证胎儿正常发育和降低围产儿病死率都有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the influence of total bile acid level on pregnant women and perinatal in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP）. Method A total of 90 patients with ICP were chosen as observation group 190 normal pregnant women （28 -40 weeks） during the same period served as normal control group. TBA,Tbil,ALT and pregnancy outcome in two groups were compared. Results In observervation group,TBA,Tbil, ALT were significantly higher than those in control group, and pregnancy outcome was worse than that in control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Pregnant women should take regular TBA detection and dynamic observation. Combined with other indicators, it is helpful to the early discovery, early diagnosis and treatment of ICP, which is important to the fetal monitoring, the improvement of the placental circulation, in order to ensure the normal development of fetuses and reduce perinatal mortality.
