摘要 将选矿过程中产生的尾矿砂用作胶结充填体的骨料,不仅节约充填成本,而且有利于保护矿区周边环境。分析了尾矿充填体中硫化物氧化引起的硫酸盐侵蚀机理,提出使用具有抗硫酸盐侵蚀作用的火山灰质水泥,减少尾矿砂在空气中的暴露时间,添加粉煤灰等可行的工程防治措施,以改善硫化物氧化产生的硫酸盐对充填体的长期强度所造成的不利影响。 The use of tailings sand generated in the ore extraction process as the aggregate of cemented filling body can not only economize the filling cost,but also be favorable to the protection of peripheral environment of the mining area.This paper analyzed the attack mechanism of sulfate due to the oxidation of the sulfides in the tailings sand,and proposed some feasible engineering measures such as the use of pozzolan cement,the reduction of long-time exposure of tailings sand to the air and the addition of industrial fly ash in order to reduce the disadvantageous influence of the filling body's long-term strength caused by the sulfate which is generated in the oxidation process of sulfides.
