摘要
通过对数十起循环流化床(CFB)锅炉尾部烟道再燃烧事故的调研分析,发现CFB锅炉在严重缺水或干锅停炉后,极易出现尾部烟道再燃烧事故。对此,提出了相应的处理及预防措施,可为同类型事故的预防及处理提供参考。
Through investigation and analysis of several tens reburning disasters in tail end flue ducts,it has been discovered that the reburning disaster in flue duct of CFB boilers is most easily to occur after the boiler shutdown due to serious water shortage in the boiler or the boiler is being dried up. For this, corresponding handing and preventive measures have been put forward, providing with reference for preventing and handing similar disasters.
