燃用神华煤的锅炉受热面污染特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对国华定洲发电厂2×600 MW机组锅炉燃用神华煤比较严重的结渣、积灰问题,在1号锅炉上进行了锅炉受热面污染特性测试。通过受热面污染监测模型,监测各受热面的污染增长特性和污染上、下限,并检验吹灰器的吹扫效果。试验数据可为优化吹灰模式、保证锅炉安全经济运行提供依据。 Directing against the comparatively serious problems of slagging and ash deposition in 2 × 600 MW boilers burning Shenhua coal in Guodian Dingzhou Power Plant,test on pollution behavior of heating surfaces in boiler no. 1 has been carried out. Through model for monitoring pollution on the heating surface,the pollution growing behavior,as well as upper and lower limitation of pollution on each heating surface have been monitored,and the blowing effectiveness of sootblowers being checked. The test data can pro- vide basis for optimizing the sootblowing mode and for ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler.
