摘要 采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸为显色剂,分别以滤纸和CMC为底物,测定纤维素酶的FPA和CMC酶活,比较了两种底物测定酶活的方法,结果表明酶液稀释倍数与酶活力之间存在一较窄的线性范围,在此范围内酶活力测试相对较稳定;另外,从酶的应用效果看内切酶活力对之影响较大。 With 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid as developer, determination of enzyme activity was conducted using filter paper and CMC as substrates respectively, and the results were compared. It was found that the value of enzyme activity obtained using CMC as substrate was more close to the application effect, showing that the activity of endocelluase has greater influence.
