摘要
目的探索营养知识宣传教育对改变中小学生营养知识及饮食行为的作用,为在中小学生中开展营养健康知识教育提供依据。方法在南京市4所中小学分别设立对照组和干预组,干预前对所有选择对象进行问卷调查;对干预组进行营养知识宣传教育活动后,对两组学生进行第2次调查。结果通过营养宣教,中小学生的营养知识水平显著提高,饮食行为也有所改变,早餐质量有所提高,饭前洗手等行为习惯也有所改善。结论营养宣教可以使中小学生获得更多的营养知识,改正不良的饮食行为。
Objective To explore the effects of nutrition education on knowledge level and dietary behaviors in primary and middle school students,and to provide baseline for developing nutrition education. Methods Students from one primary and one middle school were selected as the intervention group while the other primary and middle school students as the control group. Surveys by use of questionnaires were carried out in the selected objects ( second grade students in middle schools and fifth grade students in primary schools ) before and after the nutrition intervention. Resuits It showed that students in tbe intervened group had remarkable improvements in both nutrition knowledge level and dietary behaviors, such as breakfast quality, washing hands before meals and so on. Conclusion Primary and middle school students can obtain more nutrition knowledge and change their bad dietary behaviors through nutrition education in schools.
