摘要
目的了解南昌市学校周边网吧计算机键盘、鼠标微生物污染情况,为控制疾病传播提供依据。方法选取南昌市学校周边500 m以内网吧,对键盘和鼠标用无菌棉拭子采样。对165份样品检测细菌总数和大肠菌群,180份样品用ELISA法检测HBsAg。结果键盘、鼠标细菌总数均值为182.23 cfu/cm2,细菌总数超标率为56.97%(94/165),大肠菌群阳性率为16.36%(27/165),HBsAg检出率为4.44%(8/180)。结论南昌市学校周边网吧卫生状况不容乐观,键盘、鼠标微生物污染严重,缺乏有效的消毒和监管措施。
Objective To investigate the microbial contamination of computer keyboards and mice in cyber bars around schools in Nanchang city and provide bases for disease controlling. Methods The cyber bars around schools less than 500 meters in Nanchang were selected and Detection of the total bacterial count and the coliform bacteria population in 165 samples was performed, and the HBsAg in 180 samples was tested by using the ELISA method. Results It was found that on keyboards and mice, the average total bacterial count was 182.23 efu/cm^2 , 56.97% (94/165) samples surpassed the standard of the total bacterial count, while the percent of positive eolifoml bacterial population was 16.36% ( 27/165 ) and 4.44% (8/180) samples were detected HBsAg positive. Conclusion The sanitary slatus in cyber bars around schools in Nanchang city is poor, where the thicrobial contamination is serious and effective disinfection and supervision is weak.
