摘要 目的研究综合心理干预对中专学生心理健康状况的影响,为在校中专学生心理干预提供依据。方法将金华铁路司机学校学生500名随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行为期8周的系统心理干预,并于干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自尊量表(SES)、个人评价问卷(PEI)、应付方式问卷(WCQ)进行测评。结果心理干预后,2组中专生各因子得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),干预组的心理健康状况优于对照组。干预组学生的自信和自尊水平都有较明显的提高,解决问题、求助、幻想、合理化等应付方式得到改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用综合心理干预措施能显著提高中专学生的心理健康水平。 Objective To study the effect of comprehensive psychological: intervention on the specialized school students, anti to provide evidence far the psychological interventions. Methods Five hundred students of the Rail-driver School in Jin-hua were randomly divided into test group and control group. The comprehensive psychological intervention was performed among the test group for 8 weeks. Before and after the intervention, two groups were tested with SCL- 90, SES, PEl and WCQ respectively. Results After intervention, the scores of mental health of test group were significantly better than he control's( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). The scores of PEl and SES increased positively. The coping style was improved in problem salving, seeking help, fantasy and rationalization( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively improve specialized school students'mental health.
