西安FDI市场计量分级与对策建议

Market Metering Classification of FDI in Xi'an and Countermeasures

近十年来,西安吸引外国直接投资(FDI)的力度大大增强,投资来源地增多且数额逐年上升,FDI在区域经济中的作用日益凸显。本文应用动态偏离—份额分析法(DSSA)对西安FDI来源地进行了实证分析,结果表明,不同来源地的FDI在西安的竞争力呈现出差异状态。文章根据分析结果将来源地划分为成熟、崛起、兴旺、停滞四个市场,并基于此为今后西安从不同地区吸引FDI提出了针对性的对策建议。

In the last 10 years,the amount and the regions of the foreign direct investment （FDI） have increased greatly in Xi＇an.It has regional economy. Using dynamic shift-share analysis of regions of Xi＇an＇s FDI,showing that in the competitiveness of Xi＇an,and they are market, the thriving market, the stagnant market, proposals putare forward for the future on how to played more and more important role in the analysis （DSSA）,this paper maks empirical the state of different regions of FDI is different classify led into the mature market,the rising also on this basis targeted countermeasures and attract FDI better.
