The foreign territory development patterns and its inspirations

在简要回顾国外国土规划发展历程的基础上,通过对日本、美国、法国、荷兰、墨西哥等五个国家国土开发规划实践的分析总结,凝练出不同国家的国土空间开发模式,即点-轴-面开发、多极核圈域开发、多极核网络开发、面状区域开发等,探讨了国外国土空间开发的一些共同点及其对当前我国国土空间规划的启示。

Based on the brief reviews of the process of foreign territory development plannir,g in the world, this paper focused on analyzing spatial patterns of territory development in Japan, U.S.A, France, Holland and Mexico. Some spatial patterns were summarized, that is, spot-axisarea pattern, multi-pole circularity pattern, multi-pole-network pattern, and area development pattern. In the end, it discussed the common grounds of foreign different territory development patterns and its inspirations for current territory spatial planning in China.
