摘要
本文从人力资源数量、人力资源素质和人力资源配置的角度,分析了闽台人力资源状况对区域经济发展的关系,并利用人力资本外部性模型对闽台1978～2003年经济增长的各要素进行了计量分析,结果表明福建省经济增长的主要动力依然是物质资本的投入,与此同时人力资本投入对经济增长的贡献日益明显;台湾人力资本投资对台湾经济增长起着重要的作用,而资本投入对经济增长的拉动作用相对较小。
From the number of human resources, quality of human resources and human resources allocation perspective of the situation of Fujian and Taiwan, the paper analysises of the human resources situation in Fujian and Taiwan on the relationship between regional economic development, and useof human capital outer economic growth model of Fujian and Taiwan from 1978 to 2003 the economic growth of various elements of the measurement analysis.The results showed that the economy in Fujian Province growth has mostly depended on the investment of substance capital, and human capital investment contributes to economic growth at the same time has become obvious increasingly; Taiwan investment in human capital to economic growth plays an important role, but the capital invested in promoting economic growth plays relatively small role.
