摘要
研究了直流和脉冲两种电特性对刷镀质量的影响，讨论了脉冲电刷镀速度快镀层质量优良的机理，为刷镀技术提供了新的可靠工艺．
The influence of brush-plating layer about two characteristics which arederct current and pulse is istuded on the base of testing in this paper.the mechanism ofhigh speed and good brush-plating layer is discussed.A new reliable technology is providedfor bursh-plating technology.
