By compared the difference of the type start and stop cut shear and the other tradition firing shear, this paper explaines the reason to choose the type start and stop cut shear in Angang 260 roLling-link clubbed steel, productive line. And expounds the principle of operation and feature, this choice brings social benefit and economic benefit.
