摘要
介绍了一种基于高频PWM控制芯片SG3525A和工频SPWM控制芯片U3990F5的单相正弦波逆变器设计,包括SPWM形成电路的设计、主电路的设计、驱动保护电路的设计、死区时间控制电路与编码延时电路的设计等。由于在后级电路采用了工频SPWM控制芯片U3990F5,相对于原来的采用分立元件搭建的SPWM形成电路和采用单片机形成的SPWM控制电路更加具有优势,电路简洁,保护完善。
This paper introduces a high-frequency PWM control single-phase sine wave inverter whose design based on the chip SG-3525A and frequency control chip SPWM U3990F5. Including a SPWM circuit design, the main circuit design, drive protection circuit design, dead time control circuit and coding delay circuit design so on. As in the post-frequency circuits used SPWM control chip U3990F5, compared to the original structures using discrete components of a circuit SPWM and using SCM of a circuit SPWM have more advantages, circuit concise, perfect protection.
