富露施辅助治疗35例伴有顽固性黏痰的呼吸道疾病疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of the Fluimucil in adjunctive treatment of 35 cases of respiratory disease with intractable mucoid sputum

[背景]观察富露施辅助治疗伴有顽固性黏痰的呼吸道疾病临床疗效.[病例报告]将70例伴有黏痰不易咳出的呼吸道疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,给予所有患者常规治疗外实验组患者给予富露施,每日2次,连续5 d;4 kUα-糜蛋白酶加入到3 mL生理盐水中给对照组患者行雾化吸入,每日2次,连续5 d.进行治疗前后疗效评定,结果见实验组患者咳嗽及咳痰等呼吸道症状较对照组明显改善,两组有效率间比较有显著性差异.[讨论]富露施辅助治疗可明显改善伴有顽固性黏痰不易咳出的呼吸道疾病患者的咳嗽及咳痰等症状,且疗效可靠,无明显副作用.

BACKGROUNDTo observe the curative effects of the Fluimucil for adjunctive treatment of respiratory disease with intractable mucoid sputum.CASE REPORTS70 cases of respiratory disease with intractable mucoid sputum were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Except all patients treated with conventional treatment,the experimental group was treated with the Fluimucil by oral,2 times per day for 5 days and the control group was administrated by aerosol therapy with the 4kU of α-chymotrypsin and 3 mL of saline,2 times per day,for 5 days.The efficacy of each case was assessed by before and after treatment.In results,the respiratory symptoms like cough and sputum in the experimental group were significantly improved as compared with control group and there was significant difference in the curative effects between two groups.DISCUSSIONThe Fluimucil in adjunctive treatment could effectively improve the respiratory symptoms in respiratory disease with intractable mucoid sputum,and its curative effects is reliable and has no evident side effects.
