摘要
介绍一种自行研制的治疗腰椎滑脱的内固定装置,并进行了结构分析。结果表明:①该器械是几何不变体系。②其中支撑棒作为支点棒是整个装置的关键,采用5mm支撑杆,滑脱力是200N时是安全的。③椎弓根钉交叉植入椎体固定,有效阻止了扭转位移,角度提拉杆又使得椎弓根钉的脱出力大大减小。
The composion and mechanism of reduction of the iliae bars lever reduction and nxauon system (IBRFS) are introduced and its stability by mechanics analysis is evaluated. Mechanics analysis shows that IBRFS is a stable system, and the proximal bar is important part of foothold point which can endure 200N if its diameter is 5mm, and the angle lift plays a part in an anti-prolapse of pedicle screw.
