硫酸生产废水的综合治理

Comperhensive management of waster water in sulphuric acid production

硫酸生产中的净化工艺,国内一般采用稀酸洗和水洗两大流程,废水量很大,硫酸生产的废水处理一直困扰着硫酸生产企业。笔者提出了稀酸封闭循环工艺,最终实现了水的闭路循环,生产过程无废水排放,间断补入一次水,使循环水始终呈弱酸性,水的酸度、温度完全达泡沫塔的使用要求,有效地解决了废水污染环境问题,同时降低了硫酸生产成本,取得了显著的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

Usually, acid diluting and water cleaning, which will produce lots of waste water, are used in the purification of the sulfuric acid production in China. How to deal with the massive waste water is boring the production enterprises. After several of technological renovation, the closed water cycle comes true. In the production process, there＇s no waste water discharged with this technology. And the cycling water always keeps weak acidity with a supplement of water for just one time. Meanwhile the acidity and the temperature of the water meet the request of bubble tower completely. By using this technology, the problem of the waste water pollution has been resolved effectively. At the same time, the cost of the sulfuric acid production has been reduced and the remarkable economic ,environment and social benefits has been achieved.
