摘要
本文讨论了利用两次散历暴光技术测量面内位移和离面位移的灵敏度，并导出离面位移场的光强分布公式．
In this paper the sensitivity of the plance displacement and the axial displacement which is measured by using the double-exposed speckle technique is discussed and the intensity distribution formula of the axial dispacement field is deduced.
