The facts of price hike of oil and faster development of passenger railway industry had apparently added much pressure on highway passenger transport business. The author interviewed Mr. Hu Wei, general manager of Hubei Highway Transport (bloc) Co., Ltd. and learned what the company had done in addressing the current situation and its successful experiences.
