摘要
本研究选用大豆[Glycine max(L.)Merill],在2000×g、3000×g两种不同超重力条件下处理4h、5h和6h,测定大豆生长性状和根系活力。结果表明:大豆发芽率(Gr)和发芽指数(Gi)随处理条件变化有不同程度的降低;苗期材料植株变矮,茎加粗,根系变短且发达;成熟后株高、粒/株和百粒重都低于对照组。超重力可以提高大豆根系活力。
Soybean [ Glycine max ( L. ) Merill ] was used as plant material in this study, Germinating bean seeds were treated with 2000 × g, 3000 × g for 4 hours, 5 hours and 6 hours, Growth traits and root activities were determined. The results showed that germinating rate and index of soybean with different treatment decreased in some degree; the plant height decreased, the diameter of stem increased and the roots shorten and developed in seedling period; plant height, grains/plant and 100 - grain weight decreased in maturing period. Hypergravity can increase soybean root activity.
