摘要 探讨9种食用色素对满天星的染色效应。结果表明:满天星对日落黄、胭脂红适应性较好,其次为鸡蛋黄、苋菜红,对混合色素C、果绿、亮蓝、混合色素B、混合色素A适应性较差。不同食用色素适宜的染色浓度和染色时间分别为日落黄(9g/L、2h)、胭脂红(9g/L、3h)、鸡蛋黄(12g/L、3h)、苋菜红(12g/L、4h)、混合色素C(15g/L、4h)、果绿(15g/L、6h)、亮蓝(15g/L、6h)、混合色素B(15g/L、6h)、混合色素A(15g/L、8h),适宜的pH值分别为8.0,9.9,8.3,9.2,8.0,7.6,6.6,8.9,8.5。切花开放程度大时染色速度快,花枝去叶与否对染色效果影响不明显。染色后的满天星瓶插寿命显著缩短,但能达到切花所要求的4-5d的观赏期。 In this paper effects of edible pigments on dyeing of cut Gypsophila paniculata were studied. The results showed that Suitable density of those Sunset Yellow, Poneeau 4R, Egg Yolk color , Amaranth, Mixed pigmentsC, Apple Green, Brilliant Blue, Mixed pigments B and Mixed pigments A were 9g/L, 9g/L, 12g/L, 12g/L, 15g/L, 15g/L, 15g/L, 15g/L, andl8g/L. Suitable time were 2h,3h,3h,4h,4h,6h,6h,6h and 8h. respectively. The dyeing speed was fast when cut Gypsophila panieulata opened in a great degree. Flower stems with more or less leaves were not significant different. The Vase life became shorter after dyeing but still had a period of 4 -5 days for ornament.
