野鸦椿扦插育苗适宜技术研究

Study on optimum cutting technology of Euscaphis japonica

野鸦椿既是优良的园林观赏树种,也是极具开发潜力的优良森林药材树种.本文通过野鸦椿扦插试验,研究野鸦椿在南平地区不同季节和不同生根激素处理下的成活率、生根时间和扦插苗根系发育情况,以及不同采穗母树年龄、插穗糖含量、叶片叶绿素含量对扦插成活率、扦插苗根条数的影响。结果表明:不同季节扦插成活率有极显著差异,5月份最高,10月份次之,2月份最低;扦插季节对根条数没有明显影响,但其与生根激素的交互作用,对根条数有明显的影响;使用生根激素处理穗条,可以提高扦插的成活率,缩短生根时间,增加根条数,其中,尤以IBA和ABT6效果最好.穗条糖含量、叶绿素含量、采穗母株年龄与扦插成活率之间有较密切的线性相关。

Euscaphisjaponica is eximious gardens Ornamental tree and is fine Medicinal herbs tree with great development potential. By cuttage experiment of Euscaphis japonica, the survival rate, the time of rootage, root growth instance of cuttage in Nanping for different seasons of the year and different rootage hormone, and the effect of the age of parent tree, sugar content, chlorophyll content on the survival rate and number of cottage root were researched. The results showed： the survival rate was significant for different seasons of the year, the cuttage in May survived best than cuttage in October and cuttage in February. The season had no significant effect on the number of root, but with rootage hormone, the effect was significant. Using rootage hormone especially IBA and ABT6, the survival rate was improved, the time of rootage was reduced and the number of root was increased. The sugar content, chlorophyll content and the age of parent tree had a significant linear correlation with the survival rate.
